 Verified easy to read wine and blind tasting guide perfect for CMS and WSET sommelier training and test prep I am currently studying for my CMS certified exam, and before I found this book I was completely overwhelmed by blind tasting. Tim does an excellent job at breaking down wine tasting into easily digestible blocks of information. He provides a systematic approach to understanding wines, and I honestly do not know what I'd do without this book. He also has an amazing webinar to accompany the books and wines you can purchase in sets through a company called Master the World Wines.
